Project manager in Pro recruitment

We are looking for a specialist who will ensure an uninterrupted rhythm of production through effective planning and coordination of resources, implementing a culture of constant improvement of processes to achieve the strategic goals of the company.

Your function:

• Full cycle of production project management from start to delivery of finished products.
• Interaction with dispatchers, planners and production units to synchronize efforts.
• Development of detailed work plans and control of deadlines.
• Effective allocation of human, material and financial resources of the project.
• Timely identification of possible deviations and development of plans for their neutralization.
• Analysis and implementation of improvements in production cycles to increase efficiency.
• Interaction with internal customers and maintenance of project documentation.

Requirements:

• Higher education (preferably technical, economic or in the field of project management).
• Proficient in MS Office
• Understanding the logic of production processes (will be an advantage).
• Skills for working with task managers or planning systems (ERP, CRM).
• Responsibility, communication, stress resistance
