We areSynergy Development Consulting / NGO "International Change Agency" — a team that develops sustainable social and business projects in Ukraine. We work with communities, youth, international partners and grant programs, creating real social impact and long-term change.
Due to the expansion of the team, we are looking forProject Manager which will coordinate the implementation of social and grant projects.
text-decoration: none">Coordination of the preparation of grant applications (collection of information, structuring, deadlines);Communication and control of the work of involved experts (analysts, financiers, lawyers, industry experts);
About you:
Higher education (management, economics, finance, international relations, philology or related fields);
Work experience from 1-2 years in the position of project/client/account manager, lawyer or grant manager;
You understand what a grant is and have experience in supporting grant applications or projects;
Experience in working with CRM and multitasking projects;
Free Ukrainian, English - fromB1;
You know how to build clear communication, keep focus on the result and deadlines;
Proactivity, responsibility, stress resistance and the ability to work in a dynamic environment;
Certificates or practical experience using AI tools would be an advantage.
