We are looking for a talented colleague with a technical background to join our team of professionals in the position of Middle Project manager.
Responsibilities:
- Project support manager:
Assistance in project planning and coordination.
Participation in the development and updating of project plans. Controlling incidents, maintaining relevant documentation, using incident monitoring tools.
- Communication with the team:
Maintaining regular communication with the back-end development team to discuss tasks and deadlines.
- Tracking progress:
Monitoring the execution of tasks and tracking statuses in project management systems.
Timely detection of deviations from plans and informing the senior project manager.
- Task management:
Setting and prioritizing tasks for the development team.
Ensuring timely completion of tasks and meeting deadlines.
- Quality assurance:
Participation in quality control and testing processes.
Collaboration with QA engineers to ensure high product quality.
- Request and change processing:
Registering and processing change requests from the team and stakeholders.
Assisting in managing changes and evaluating their impact on the project.
- Participating in process improvement:
Gathering feedback from the team and stakeholders.
Making suggestions for improving project management processes.
- Problem solving:
Promptly responding to emerging issues and finding solutions.
Escalating critical issues to a senior project manager manager.
Requirements:
- Project management experience:
Experience in the position of Project Manager in IT companies for at least 1 year.
Experience in managing development projects with a backend team.
- Knowledge of project management methodologies:
Sure knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Kanban.
Experience in implementing and adapting these methodologies in teamwork.
- Communication skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to interact effectively with the development team, designers and other stakeholders parties.
- Planning and organization:
Ability to set tasks and monitor their implementation.
experience with project management tools (Jira will be a plus).
- Analytical thinking:
Ability to analyze problems and find optimal solutions.
Experience with metrics and KPI to evaluate the effectproject activities.
- Team management:
Experience in team formation and motivation.
Skills in conflict resolution and change management.
- Leadership qualities:
Ability to inspire and lead a team to achieve goals. Strategic thinking and long-term planning skills.
- Emotional intelligence:
The ability to understand and manage one's emotions, as well as the emotions of the team.
Empathy and interpersonal communication skills.
- English B1-B2+
Will be a plus:
- Technical education
- Experience with Grafana, Sentry
- Knowledge of SQL
