Project manager in Tvoe Kolo

We are a company specializing in agricultural land assets. We are looking for a person who will help maintain order and control in the work of the land selection department

Duties:

• Checking the quality of customer service.
• Listening to calls and evaluating work managers.
• Communication analysis according to checklists and standards.
• Reporting in CRM and Excel.
• Identifying errors and providing recommendations.
• Debriefing calls, feedback and coaching.
• Checking the first calls of new employees.
• Coordination and control of marketing materials, advertising and print edition

Requirements:

• Experience in sales or analytics from 2 years or desire to learn new things.
• Work with CRM
• Analytical thinking and attention to details.
• Ability to give constructive feedback.
• Understanding B2B sales.

Terms:

• Full time, Mon-Fri, 9:00-18:00.
