Your mission:

You build not just processes, but a product creation system where AUTOMOTO ideas are transformed into stable, scalable solutions.

Your task is to ensure that every product, every AI module and every integration is created according to a single, understandable and controllable logic. From hypothesis to production, from prototype to scaling.

The main projects you will work with:

1) AUTOMOTO.UA- ALL cars of UKRAINE in one place

2) AUTOMOTO.COM.LV- ALL Baltic cars in one place

What you will actually do1. Build the "digital brain" of AUTOMOTO

You create a unified knowledge system in Jira and Confluence for:

• AUTOMOTO.UA

• AUTOMOTO.COM.LV

• all services (parsers, AI, VIN, registries, auctions, advertisement)

You document:

• architecture

• services (Elasticsearch, RabbitMQ, API, databases)

• how things are started, updated and recovered

Result: any new developer can understand the whole system 30-60 minutes.

2. Ensure infrastructure stability

You manage that:

• all bases have replicas

• all services have backups

• recovery scenarios are documented

You coordinate:

• base audit

• audit services

• control of backups

• risk points

Your goal:

AUTOMOTO does not fall due to one mistake.

3. Manage AI projects

You manage teams that build:

• AI search/RAG

• personalized delivery in the style of TikTok

• AI filling of ads in 1 click

• AI car search in 1 click

Your task: turn complex AI ideas into working products in production.

You are an ideal candidate if

You know the Agile manifesto and adhere to it in project management

You are able to manage complex technical projects, and not just tasks.

You know how to build a workflow, structure documentation and make sure that knowledge is not lost.

Do you know what it is:

• master / replica

• backups

• fault tolerance

• points of failure

and know how to manage it as a PM.

You speak English at B2+ level

You think philosophically"1 click":Always thinking about how to shorten the user journey.
