Project Manager in PrivatBank

Main duties:

• Development of project schedules taking into account the final goal, objectives and tasks
• Analysis of possible project risks and their management during project implementation
• Development of project budgets and implementation of financial control of the project by accumulating, analyzing and drawing up expense reports
• Formation of the project work team and coordination of the activities of individuals, involved in the project
• Providing feedback between the team and the customer, removing obstacles for the team, resolving conflict situations
• Controlling the progress of the project, deadlines and budget

Main requirements:

• Higher education (institutes, academies, universities)
• 3+ years of experience in a position with similar responsibilities
• Practical experience planning projects using Gantt charts
• Experience with large data sets, graphing, visualization and writing technical tasks
• Skills of effective communication, presentations and negotiations
• Confident user of Google services (sheets, documents, presentations)
• Ability to coordinate a team, work in a team
• Ability to systematize and analyze disparate flows of information
• Fluency in the Ukrainian language (including business language)
