Project manager in Veteran Hab

We are looking for a project manager who will help coordinate the work of teams, implement new ideas and ensure the effective implementation of initiatives that are important to us. If you think systematically, know how to organize processes and achieve results - we will be glad to see you in the team.

Project manageris a person who:

• Experience in managing a full project cycle (from 2 years)

• Able to coordinate work processes and monitor their execution.

Has experience in negotiating and building constructive cooperation with partners and donors.

• Able to work in conditions of change, quickly respond to challenges, make decisions and maintain system.

• Able to analyze and structure the project.

What to do:

• Participate in the development of detailed plans and project implementation timelines.

• Maintain transparent communication with donors, ensure the preparation of updates and reports.

• Build effective interaction between the project team and other areas of the organization

• Initiate participation in strategic planning and other meetings concerning project activities.

• Control the quality of work, deadlines for completing tasks and preparing reports.

• Control adherence to and revision of the project budget.  style="font-weight: 300; font-style: normal; text-decoration: none">Together with the project team, analyze metrics and risks affecting the course of the project, prepare proposals for improving processes. 300; font-style: normal; text-decoration: none">Responsible for the selection of contractors and the quality of their services.

• Skills for preparing report documentation, presentations and internal materials.

• Ability to work with documents, processes, protocols and analytics.

Required: no ties to Russia since 2014.
