Project manager in Tabletochki, BF

Charitable foundation "Tabletochka" is looking for a Project managerfor working with corporate partners and international organizations,who will become an integral part of our valuable fundraising team in the framework of charity and grant implementation projects of the fund. 

Fund"Tabletochki" has been working for over 14 years, helping every Ukrainian family whose child has faced cancer. We provide a wide range of assistance - from the purchase of drugs and equipment to psychological support. Our programs work at four levels: families, medical staff, hospitals and the state.

Main tasks

• Participation in attracting new partners of the fund: preparation of business profiles, proposals and grant applications, participation in negotiations
• Development of relations and effective communication with current corporate and international partners
• Implementation of projects - as a project manager or a member of the project team (depending on the complexity)
• Preparation of reports for corporate and international partners
• Project risk assessment and management
• Resolving complex and conflict situations within projects
• Project administration: contracts, acts, entering and updating information in CRM
