Project manager in Metinvest

We are looking for a Project Manager.

What is needed to do:

• Ensure the implementation of the Company’s external projects (task setting together with functional directorates, in-depth analytical study of the problem and development of a business solution, formation of company goals and work plan, involvement of internal and external resources, support to finals);
• Organize interaction with related functions, external stakeholders (industry and business associations, industry enterprises, specialized lobbyists);
• Organize interaction with state bodies/state companies at the level of those responsible for decision-making, support and expand the database contacts;
• Ensure representation of the Company's position in events in the Company's field of interest (round tables, discussions, working groups, conferences), ensure the transfer of the Company's position/additional analytical materials; font-weight: 400">Ensure the preparation of analytical and presentation materials in the area of management responsibility;Coordinate the preparation of the Company's position on current issues business associations;
• Negotiate contracts with consultants and external organizations;
• Initiate/conduct/participate in meetings or meetings on external projects (collection of necessary materials, notification of participants about the time, place, agenda of meetings or meetings).

Our expectations:

• Higher economic or financial education; second law degree will be a plus;
• Work experience of 3 years or more in strategy, corporate finance, analytical direction in industrial holdings or large investment, consulting companies, reform office at central authorities;
• Deep knowledge (and experience of their application in practice) in the field of financial and investment analysis, modeling, business valuation.
• Knowledge of the English language at the Upper-Intermediate level;
• Strong analytical skills and developed critical thinking;
• High level organizational skills, the ability to moderate working groups in separate business areas;font-style: normal; font-weight: 400">Developed presentation and communication skills.
