We are looking for a proactive and talented Head of the teaching department who will provide high standards of teaching and service to our customers.

What do we expect from you?

• DR in a management position of 2 years or more (preferably Academ Director/Team Lead/Teacher's Coordinator, etc.).
• Experience in EdTech is a must.
• Technological literacy: AI, CRM, LMS, Microsoft Office, Google Sheets, Google Docs, Google Meet, Google Calendar.
• Understanding the specifics of online education, adult education, micro-learning, teaching for tech & creative specialists.
• Learning, management and team development skills.
• High communication skills, leadership qualities, time management skills, systematic and analytical abilities.

What will your role be about?

• Ensure the quality of the educational process and service.
• Develop and implement training programs for B2B clients.
• Manage the team.
• Recruit new teachers.
• Calculate and monitor the performance of KPI teachers.
• Interact with other departments company.
• Form and submit department reports.
• Accompany and form reports for B2B clients.
