Project Manager in Triangu Ukraine

Requirements

• 1–3 years of practical experience as a Project Manager, Delivery Coordinator, or similar role.
• Understanding of the full software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile frameworks (Scrum/Kanban).
• Experience participating in presale activities or interacting with sales teams.
• Ability to gather, structure, and analyze business and technical requirements.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
• Good understanding of project estimation techniques, scope management, and prioritization.
• Experience working with project management tools (Jira, Confluence or similar).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Proactive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic understanding of budgeting, invoicing, and resource planning will be a plus.
• Certification (Scrum Master, PMI CAPM, etc.) is an advantage but not required.

Responsibilities

• Support the end-to-end project delivery process, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
• Assist in defining project scope, timelines, resources, and budget estimates.
• Coordinate daily communication between internal teams, stakeholders, and clients.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation (roadmaps, reports, meeting notes, risks, change logs).
• Track project progress, manage risks, identify blockers, and escalate issues when needed.
• Facilitate regular project ceremonies (stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives, planning sessions).
• Participate in presale activities, including requirement analysis, effort estimations, and preparing initial proposals.
• Assist in improving internal delivery processes, templates, and best practices.
