Public organization "Psychological support and rehabilitation "Free? "Choice" has been working in the field of providing psychological support to veterans and their relatives since 2015. We provide individual and group psychological support to veterans, defenders and their family members.

We are looking for a highly qualified project manager who will be responsible for monitoring key indicators, interacting with the team and implementing the grant project.

Main responsibilities:

• monitoring of key project success indicators (KPI) and analysis of achieved results
• interaction with the team in matters of project implementation
• control of the compliance of the project with grant policies and procedures
• control and implementation of all key components of the project
• updating and implementing the necessary processes and procedures to improve the quality of implementation programs
• coordination of the work of all project components
• organization and support of events and activities provided by the project

Mandatory requirements:

• Experience in managing grant projects from 2 years
• Ability to work with foreign donors
• English at the level B1+
• Understanding the specifics of the work of non-governmental organizations
• Previous work experience in pro-veteran initiatives or initiatives related to the field of mental health will be an advantage
