Our conscripted employees are subject to reservation according to the conditions defined by the law.What needs to be done?
- Manage the full cycle of technical projects in terms of procurement, logistics and implementation of solutions;
- coordinate interactions between departments/departments/contractors;
- prepare and coordinate technical tasks, control the correctness of suppliers' commercial offers;
- participate in the selection of furniture, technological, sanitary and lighting equipment;
- go to construction/reconstruction sites for coordination, control measurements, verification of compliance with technical projects and author supervision in the direction of purchases;
- coordinate contractors for the manufacture and installation of furniture, equipment, lighting etc.;
- monitor adherence to schedules and synchronization of work between divisions;
- prepare short reports on the status of task completion and deviations.
What do we expect?
- Technical or managerial education with a deep practical understanding of the processes of construction, installation and implementation of technical projects;
- work experience in the field procurement, management of technical or construction projects;
- deep understanding of the project management process: planning, deadline control, team coordination, risk management;
- practical knowledge in the selection of furniture, technological equipment, plumbing, lighting, finishing materials;
- confident user of PC, MS Office (Word, Excel), Google Sheets; basic skills of working with AI tools for analytics and generalization of information.
- own car (we compensate for depreciation for using your own car + fuel compensation);
- organizational skills, communication, self-control, responsibility. Ability to keep the pace and discipline of projects.
