Main duties:

• Coordination of the opening and reconstruction of turnkey stores.

• Planning and control of the budget (CAPEX) and KPI of projects.

• Risk management and solving unforeseen situations.

• Ensuring brand standards in design, planning and merchandising.

• Search and implementation of new retail solutions.

Requirements:

• 2-3 years of experience in retail network development, project management or store opening.

• Knowledge commercial / retail real estate.

• Financial planning and negotiation skills.

• High organizational skills, analytical thinking and communication skills.

• Higher education (preferably business, management, real estate).
