About Us

We are a Swiss-based luxury watch company operating across Europe, specializing in the sale of high-end timepieces through online channels. We are currently expanding our digital presence and building a remote European team to strengthen our online infrastructure, marketing, and client experience.

We are looking for an experienced Product Manager with a strong IT and digital background to take full ownership of our website, digital tools, and related systems. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys autonomy, and wants to be a key part of an international project.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee the company website (structure, functionality, and updates).
• Coordinate the work of developers (front-end and back-end), designers, and SEO specialists.
• Define and prioritize product features and improvements based on business goals.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistent brand experience online.
• Analyze website performance and implement data-driven improvements.
• Supervise integrations with third-party services (CRM, analytics, payment systems).
• Prepare progress reports and development plans directly to the company founder.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager or Project Manager in digital/e-commerce projects.
• Technical understanding of web infrastructure (WordPress, Shopify, or custom CMS).
• Experience working with developers and remote teams.
• Analytical mindset, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills in English (French is a plus).
• Strong sense of responsibility and ability to work independently.
