About the company:
We are an international company with many years of experience and high financial turnover. We are successfully working on the European Union market, developing various sales directions and customer service in the field of Beauty/Health industry.
In connection with the expansion, we are looking for an experienced Project Manager who will help us develop new projects and quickly scale the team of sales operators. Responsibilities: Connecting existing GEOs to new projects, ensuring their development, establishing interaction processes and adapting to local markets. Training sales managers in various GEO (countries) for effective work in the project, participation in recruiting-
- Development, adaptation and testing of new sales and communication scripts.
-Interaction with the HR team, technical department and curators to implement a joint development strategy.
-Control of the effectiveness of the team’s work (plan, approval, purchase, call-in, average check, etc. KPI);
-Development and implementation of new business processes to increase efficiency;
-Maintenance of financial reporting on project profitability.
Requirements:
-Experience in project or team management from 1 year (in sales/call center/customer service);
-Ability to build work processes and motivate people;
-Knowledge of one of the languages (Polish, Hungarian, Greek, Czech, Romanian, Portuguese, Spanish, Italian, Bulgarian) with strong positions in the market and financial opportunities;
-The possibility to work remotely, having a high-quality cable Internet and a PC
-The possibility to influence the growth of the team and business directions;

-Competitive pay ($700 rate for the trial period + bonuses based on the results of the projects, for fully launched projects it is possible have a total income of $2-3 thousand on average).
