Project Manager in GERC

We are actively expanding our project portfolio and are looking for a Project Manager who will help us implement innovative ideas, manage cross-functional teams and ensure high quality project management.

Responsibilities:

• Full cycle of project management: from initiation to release and further support.
• Interaction with clients to collect requirements and transform them into understandable tasks for the team.
• Coordination of the work of developers, designers, analysts, testers.
• Prioritization, resource planning, timeline and risk management.
• Preparation and presentation of project status reports.
• Support of transparent communication between all process participants.
• Implementation of best practices in development and scaling processes teams.

Requirements:

• Experience in technical project management from 3 years (preferably in the field of Fintech or IT).
• Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Kanban methodologies.
• Ability to work with tools: Jira, Notion, Miro, Gantt, Roadmap.
• High level of communication, responsibility and time management skills.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional and multicultural teams.

Would be an advantage:

• PMI-ACP, PMP, SAFe or similar certifications.
• Understanding DevOps principles, ML/LLM, API integrations.
• Experience of working with the government sector or large national clients.
