We are looking for a Project Manager

Key tasks:

• Formation and configuration of business processes
• Product development and sales support, participation in negotiations with customers, construction and implementation of customer attraction strategy
• Conclusion of necessary contracts in the electricity market
• Formation and implementation of a business plan by project direction
• Coordination of group work, team management
• Providing reporting by activity area, activity accounting

It will be an advantage:

• Experience in generation management via EMS/SCADA
• Experience in operation of generation facility management systems
• Work experience with MMS, DataHub, Xmtrade systems

Important:

• Skills and experience in team management — formation of an effective work structure, delegation, motivation and staff development
• Knowledge of the electricity market of Ukraine, including balancing mechanisms, the role of aggregators
• Practical experience in the market of auxiliary services and the balancing market
• Experience in managing energy projects, including construction of internal processes, contracting and risk management
• Understanding the principles of forecasting generation and consumption, knowledge of tools and models used to minimize imbalances
• Knowledge of accounting and finance at the level of organization of group processes compatible with responsible departments
• advanced user of MS Office
• Knowledge of the principles of operation of various types of generation
