Project Manager in Metinvest Digital

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to drive change in our key digital transformation projects. If you have deep experience in managing complex projects, know how to work with the team, customers and stakeholders at the top management level - we are waiting for you.

| KEY TASKS

• Full cycle of project management.
• Planning, launching and monitoring the implementation of projects/programs (electronic document flow, HR platforms, SAP direction).
• Formation and management of the project team.
• Management of contractors organizations and coordination of external resources.
• Maintenance of project documentation, budgeting, time and quality control.
• Monitoring project implementation, regular reporting on progress.
• Interaction with business representatives, sponsors, stakeholders.
• Conducting presentations for senior management.

| YOU ARE OUR CANDIDATE IF YOU HAVE

• Higher education (technical, economic or management).
• 3+ years of project/program management experience in large system companies.
• Proven experience of successful implementation projects Experience in the implementation of complex turnkey projects, digitization or digital transformation projects, experience in conducting innovative projects in various spheres and industries.
• Experience in simultaneous management of several projects.
• Experience in evaluating work performance, experience in resolving resource conflicts. Experience in implementing systems of various classes and levels from L0 to L3-L4. 
• Experience in substantiating and defending projects, understanding investment processes and metrics, understanding project economics. 
• Skills and experience in managing a team of 5 - 20 people.
• Experience in conducting negotiations with representatives of the customer, sponsors and stakeholders, the ability to communicate with business partners in the language of business.
• Skills in developing and conducting presentations for senior managers links.
• Ability to work with MS Project Server/MS Project Online or equivalent.
• PMP certificate preferred.
• English: Upper intermediate (B2).
