We are looking for Project Manager'a, who will help turn ideas into real results, coordinating the work of teams and managing projects from conception to launch.

Main requirements:

• experience as a project manager from 2 years; font-style: standardl; text-decoration: none">

  practical experience with Private Label, Pharm, FMCG projectswill be preferred;

• confident command of project management tools (Asana, Trello, Jira or similar);

• ability to conduct analysis, form proposals, prepare reports and presentations;

• developed planning, prioritization and time management skills;

• strong communication skills and the ability to build effective interactions between teams;

• systematicity, attention to details, result-oriented;

• initiative and willingness to propose solutions to improve processes.

What challenges will you face?

• Company project management. You will be the driver of key projects — from the idea to the launch of the finished product. Planning, coordination, control of terms, budget and quality — all under your leadership.
  

• Coordination between teams. Organization of effective interaction between marketing, sales, supply, finance and production. Regular meetings, coordination of decisions and quick resolution of work issues.
  

• Launching new products under your own brand (Private Label). Participating in creating products you can be proud of: from research market, recipe development and packaging design — until the new product appears on the shelves. Coordination of work with contractors, manufacturers and marketing team.
  

• Analytics and reporting. Preparation of short and meaningful reports on the status of projects, analysis of results and finding ways for further improvement.
  

• Optimization of processes. Constant search for opportunities to make work even more efficient — from improving business processes to creating your own checklists, templates and project management standards.
