The project manager is responsible for the full cycle of implementation, coordination, monitoring and evaluation of projects, as well as for the development of procedures in accordance with the requirements of donors. The main goal is to ensure efficient, transparent and effective implementation of programs.
Among the main tasks:
- Full management of projects from planning to completion in accordance with the requirements of the organization and donors.
- Planning, scheduling of activities, budget management and provision of resources.
- Interaction with partners, donors, local authorities and communities.
- Preparation of narrative and financial reports.
- Identification and risk management.
- Coordination of monitoring and evaluation visits.
- Support of the work of the project team, professional management, provision of feedback.
- Cooperation with logistics, administrative, financial and monitoring departments.
- Compliance with the principles, policies and ethical norms of the Service.
