We are currently actively looking for a Project manager in one of our agencies - Dentsu Creative.

Dentsu Creative is a creative advertising agency specializing in the development of creative materials and integrated communication campaigns

It is important for us:

• 3 years of experience in a similar position in creative agencies;
• Knowledge of the stages of project development in a creative agency (creation of 360 advertising campaigns / development of creative ideas with a strategic outline / shooting videos / branding);
• Skills in preparing presentations, communication skills skills;
• Skills to clearly formulate your opinion both orally and in writing to clients and colleagues;
• Control of tasks, timings and budget;
• Collaboration with agency teams and partners to implement projects;
• Reporting in front of the client according to the projects;
• Proficiency in Power Point / Keynote - for creating presentations, excel - creating budgets, word. Confident user of CRM and project management systems (Worksection, Teams);
• Fluency in the Ukrainian language, knowledge of English at the B1-B2 level.

Main tasks:

• Coordination of projects by directions: development of ideas for 360 advertising campaigns, videos, costumes, banners, branding, activations and creative mechanics, communication strategies, shooting processes within which:
• — communication with clients (briefings, presentation and the ability to defend one's work with arguments)
• — distribution of tasks among the project team
• — control of compliance of completed tasks with the client brief
• — formation of estimates for all projects
• — participation and preparation of tender tasks for new clients (as part of exptduties and tasks of the manager)
