What needs to be done:

• coordination of SAFe implementation at the level of ARTs and Value Streams;
• preparation and conduct of PI Planning, synchronization meetings and Inspect & Adapt Workshop;
• formation and support of Agile Release Trains (ARTs) and teams;
• training, mentoring and coaching of teams, Product Owners, Product Managers, Business Owners and stakeholders regarding SAFe practices;
• collaboration with Lean Portfolio Management in initiative planning and management business value;
• development and adaptation of internal standards and processes under SAFe 6.0.;
• risk management and solving blockers in the transformation process;
• monitoring of implementation KPIs (velocity, predictability, feature completion rate, time-to-market);
• ensuring transparent communication about progress and transformation results.

We expect from you:

• higher education (management, economics, IT or related fields);
• experience in project / program management 3+ years;
• practical experience of implementing Agile / SAFe / LeSS / Nexus;
• experience of participation in PI Planning, work with ART or portfolio level;
• desired experience of working in consulting / transformation projects / IT companies / large corporations;
• result orientation, flexibility of thinking and openness to new practices, analytical thinking;
• deep understanding of Agile frameworks and Lean Portfolio Management practices;
• building skills communication plans and change management;
• certification (will be an advantage) SAFe Program Consultant (SPC) or Release Train Engineer (RTE);
• preferred: PMI-ACP, PSM, PSPO, PMP, PROSCI (for change management).
