Project manager in Ajax Systems

R&D is responsible for the development of devices at Ajax, which consists of four departments: System, Device, Automation and QA. We are looking for a person who will become a "process engine" in our team.

It is not about control or formalities, but about seeing meaning, analyzing data, building processes that work like clockwork, and making them better every day.

This role combines a process owner (responsibility for flows and their efficiency) and a business analyst (ability to work with numbers, metrics, insights).

We are looking for a person who knows how to:

• collect data > consider > identify weak points,
• formulate hypotheses and proposals improvement,
• automate the routine and build transparent indicators,
• and at the same time remain "your own" in the team: not a bureaucrat, but a partner, driver and inspirer.

Hard skills

• Experience as a Business Analyst / Process Owner / Operations Manager (or similar).
• Understanding business processes (BPMN, workflow, value stream) maps.

Soft skills

• Ownership – perceives processes as his own, does not transfer responsibility.
• Analytical thinking + intuition – sees both numbers and the meanings behind them.
• Systematic and structural, but without unnecessary bureaucracy.
• Communication – able to explain complex simply, speak with different teams "in their language".
• Proactiveness and drive - does not wait for tasks, but looks for ways to do better.
• Flexibility - adapts to changes, helps the team go through transformations without "pain".
• Empathy - listens and understands people, not forcing.
