Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in social sciences, economics, business administration or related field.
- Professional experience in developing and managing various aid programs.
- Experience in contracting and working with service providers.
- Experience in analyzing market systems.
- Good understanding of the project cycle, including beneficiary orientation, aid delivery mechanisms, monitoring and evaluation.
- Demonstrated budget management experience, including for institutional donors.
- Good understanding of Core Humanitarian Standards (CHS), including safeguards.
- Experience in managing teams, including volunteer teams.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to propose and implement solutions to complex project-related tasks.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work well as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Excellent communication, organizational and presentation skills.
- Demonstrated ability to effectively and efficiently manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite computer.
- Work experience in the Ukrainian and/or regional context.
- English language — upper-intermediate level.
Responsibilities:
- Ensuring strategic leadership and general management of assigned projects.
- Development of work plans in accordance with project results and donor agreement.
- In cooperation with the MEAL coordinator to lead the development and proconduct assessments and monitoring, and provide robust data analysis to inform programming.
- Lead efforts to identify vulnerable families in targeted areas and ensure high quality data collected during assessments.
- Ensuring that gender, environment and protection are mainstreamed in all activities.
- Preparation and organization of cash distribution together with relevant ADRA staff and financial service providers, including preparation of list of beneficiaries, relevant supporting documents, etc.
- Communication with local authorities, other NGOs and other relevant coordinating bodies to avoid duplication of assistance and exclusion/inclusion errors.
- Enhance referral pathways between programs/sectors and ensure community communication of project objectives.
- Provide timely program reports that meet ADRA and donor requirements.
- Represent ADRA at working groups or coordination meetings as needed and maintain a positive, ongoing ADRA presence.
- Develop and maintain strategic relationships with local partners, local authorities and communities.
- Work with other teams to ensure good practice in record keeping, donor compliance, communication, etc.
- Provide support to groups working in the zones intervention when necessary and security permitting.
- Support proposal development (strategic and budget contributions).
- Facilitate donor visits to project sites upon request.
NGO experience preferred.

Mon. — Fri. 9.00-18.00
