We are looking for a Mproject analyst manager project management (decretive position)

Key responsibilities:

• Effective management of bank projects (management of the project team, deadlines, budget).
• Ensuring high-quality and consistent performance of the tasks and components of the supported project within the stipulated time and within the approved budget;
• Justification of the need to open the project;
• Determining the risks and dependencies of the project, as well as possible ways to eliminate them;
• Formalization and visualization of the project;
• Determining the resources and the project team;
• Control of the deadlines for the execution of tasks by the project team, as well as quality of completed works;
• Calculation of the business case based on the results of project implementation, assessment of implementation efficiency;
• Control of fulfilled obligations (project efficiency indicators);
• Control of used resources;
• Preparation of a package of documents for the Investment and other committees for each phase of the project, etc.;
• Analysis of existing business processes and products related to implementation in the Bank of the project;
• Analysis of IT opportunities for requests for changes to products or processes affected by the implementation of the project;
• Construction of a business forecast.

BASIC SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

• Full higher education (master’s degree, specialist).
• Work experience in the direction of project activities - from 2x years
• Knowledge and practical experience in project management methodologies and project programs (e.g., Waterfall, Agile, Scrum, Lean, PMI’s PMBOK, etc.).
• Practical experience in using project management tools and project programs (MS Project, JIRA, ASANA, TRELLO, etc.)
• Ability to work with large volumes of data (experience working with databases, building queries for reporting, consolidation and database analysis data).
• Knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Experience of writing TOR for IT is preferred - from 2 years.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Access, ability to write SQL queries is preferred. 
• A foreign language, English or French at the Intermediate + level.
