It is important for us that you: Have experience in the development of educational programs, creation of online courses from 2 years; Able to work with distance learning platforms (LMS); They had excellent communication skills, were fluent in written Ukrainian and English (from level B2); They understood the principles of the product approach, working with user experience; Were an organized, responsible and proactive person; They were burning with the desire to develop and implement new approaches in the field of corporate training. Your main tasks: Creation of training programs for courses together with clients; Conducting interviews, gathering information, writing texts for video lessons; Development of methodology and structure of online courses; Adaptation of courses to the needs of users of different fields of tapasad; Communication with customers and the team to improve the product; Work on increasing the involvement and completion of courses; Analytics and optimization of training efficiency metrics; Coordination of the work of copywriter methodologists. We expect the results from you: Trialrmin (1-2 months): — To understand the product and process in detail; — Independently conduct 5+ interviews with clients; — Develop a methodology program for 2-3 courses.
