We help the population in all territories under the control of the government of Ukraine: we evacuate and resettle, repair shelters and centers for displaced persons, document crimes, implement educational programs, we transfer charitable assistance, carry out monitoring visits, advocate for changes, provide legal and psychological consultations. Mobile psychosocial support teams and safe spaces operate in different regions of the country.

  • Tasks:

    • coordination of international projects and programs;

    • organization and holding of events/meetings;

    • engagement with contractors;

    • font-style: normal; text-decoration: none">conducting monitoring activities according to the agreed plan;"; font-style: normal; text-decoration: none">negotiations with donors and partners at all stages of the grant cycle;

    • interaction with project teams and accounting;

    • finalization and submission of reports to donors, conducting internal and administrative support of external audits;

    • team coordination.

    We expect:

    • availability of higher education;

    • work experience in the public sector and international organizations;

    • experience working with projects and project applications;

    • experience in financial planning and reporting;

    • fluency in the Ukrainian language;

    • English proficiency at Intermediate+ level;

    • ability to process project, reporting, financial documentation;

    • developed skills in collecting and analyzing information;

    • ability to clearly and concisely formulate conclusions or recommendations based on large amounts of information;

    • analytical abilities, monitoring and evaluation skills;

    • excellent organizational and communication skills;

    • ability to be part of a team;

    • respect for deadlines.
