We invite to our team a Project Manager

We are waiting:

• Management of the full cycle of the company's business projects, such as the opening of new divisions/directions, repair and modernization of existing departments, ensuring timely and efficient execution of work within the limits of the company's budget and requirements.
• 3+ years of project management experience - projects on building new processes/optimizing existing ones, creating a new process/product/service, opening new structural divisions or restructuring existing ones.
• Practical knowledge of project management methodologies (Waterfall and Agile) and general knowledge of SDLC. 
• Ability to analyze business needs, prioritize and generate solutions.
• Experience in the medical field and knowledge of medical processes will be an advantage.

Important:

• Planning, launching and monitoring implementation projects for the opening of new directions/subdivisions, repair or restructuring of objects.
• Formation of a project team, coordination of the work of contractors, suppliers and internal services.
• Compilation of project documentation: plans, schedules, budgets, reporting, presentations
• Control of compliance with deadlines, budget, quality and technical requirements
• Planning and organization of works, control of their timeliness performance
  estimation of labor costs and duration of work, ability to draw up project documentation and formulate requirements for contractors. 
• Budget management, risk management.
• Effective communication and cooperation with contractors, internal ordersstudents and other project stakeholders. 
• Presentation of the project by stakeholders and preparation of reports.
• Organization of tenders, negotiation of contracts, control of fulfillment of obligations.
• Identification of risks, search for solutions to minimize them.
