Public organization "Pluriton", which implements humanitarian programs for the evacuated population and people in difficult life circumstances, announces a competition for the position of "project manager".

     We are looking for a specialist who shares our values, is able to effectively manage the full cycle of humanitarian projects and has experience working in a fast-changing environment.

Requirements:

• Higher education (preferably in the field of management, social sciences, international development).
• Experience in NGO or humanitarian projects is an advantage.
• Understanding the specifics of donor projects (ECHO, USAID, OCHA, BHA, FCDO, etc.) will be a significant advantage.
• Financial, administrative, IT and document management.
• Ability to work with project management tools.
• Developed negotiation, strategic thinking and leadership skills.
• Experience working with local partners, contractors, communities.
• Knowledge of English (from level B2) will be an advantage.
• Ability to adapt, think outside the box and find solutions in crisis conditions.

• Planning, launch, implementation and completion of projects according to goals, budget and deadlines.
• Development of work plans, timeline, project logic, monitoring and reporting systems.
• Coordination of actions of all involved participants (internal teams, partners, donors, contractors).
• Control of task performance, risk management, adaptation to changes.
• Ensuring quality communication in the team and with partners.
• Maintenance of project documentation, reports, financial planning.
