Responsibilities:
- Performance of milestone tasks for: procurement of raw materials and materials pharmaceutical development; safety and efficacy studies of drugs, state registration and introduction into serial production of new drugs;
- Development of the basic project plan in MS Project;
- Preliminary evaluation of the plan;
- Control over the progress of the overall and milestone tasks (stages) of the project and ensuring the relevance of the project status;
- Identification of problems that may arise during project implementation, analysis of deviations from the project, constant analysis of risks and provision of proposals for their elimination;
- Organization of the project completion process, preparation of a report in the form of a presentation.
