The Blagomai Charitable Foundation has been working for more than 13 years to ensure a decent childhood and equal opportunities for children in Ukraine during the war. We are looking for an experienced project manager to join our team, who will help us effectively manage educational projects and expand our activities.

Main responsibilities

• Project management: from planning to implementation
• Development of strategies and detailed project plans
• Interaction with fund departments: fundraising, administration, accounting, PR and SMM
• Preparation of project documentation, budgeting and financial reporting
• Search and management of contractors, conducting contests/tenders
• Preparation of commercial offers and reports for partners
• Purchasing control and budget compliance

What we expect from the candidate

• Higher education (preferably in the field of management)
• Experience in a similar position from 2 years
• Understanding the principles of project management and strategic planning
• Ability to work in conditions of multitasking
• Negotiation and effective communication skills
• Self-organization, attention to details, responsibility
• Experience with CRM systems, Google Docs, MS Office
• English language will be an advantage
