responsibilities:? 

• manage the full cycle of the project - from the planning of tasks to the implementation and evaluation of results. ? 
• Organize the effective work of the team (3 people) - to provide effective communication and involvement. ? 
• To control tasks - to put deadlines and track progress. ? 
• Keep financial and projected reporting - prepare the necessary documents for donors and partners. ? 
• Involve and communication with partners, donors and stakeholders - to establish cooperation and maintain interaction. ? 
• media interaction.  Availability of your own contact base and the ligaments with the media will be an advantage. ? 
• Curricula. Creation and development of training programs for project participants:

- development and implementation of training programs aimed at developing participants' skills and knowledge. 

- cooperation with experts and educational institutions to ensure high quality of curricula. 

- organization and conduct of trainings, seminars and workshops.

- collecting and analyzing feedback from participants to further improve programs.
