Job Description:

DEKOM is expanding its team and looking for a Project Manager to coordinate projects related to workspaces automation and smart home systems. This role involves liaising between client teams, engineers, and installation specialists, ensuring smooth project execution, on-time equipment delivery, and budget control. The position reports directly to the employer, with potential future reporting to the Head of PMO as the department grows.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Coordinate work between client teams, engineers, and installation specialists.

• Oversee project timelines, budgets, and equipment supply logistics.

• Manage project execution using Waterfall and Agile methodologies.

• Track project progress using Microsoft Project.

• Ensure efficient communication and problem-solving among all stakeholders.

• Report on project status and performance.

Requirements and Qualifications:

• Experience in project management, preferably in related fields (construction, automation, engineering, IT).

• Strong organizational and communication skills.

• Knowledge of Microsoft Project for project tracking.

• Familiarity with Waterfall and Agile methodologies.

• PMP certification is preferred but not required.

• Ability to work independently and coordinate multiple teams.

• English proficiency is a must (Upper Intermediate or Advanced)

• Ability to align with the US business hours and effectively manage communication across different time zones
