Project manager in Vilni kaluski lyudi, GO

We are looking for a project manager to join the team of the NGO "Free Kaluga People"

- knows how to coordinate processes and people in a team;
– can provide a full cycle of project implementation (from writing a grant application to monitoring and evaluating results);
- good computer skills (mandatory Google Docs skills);
– knows English at the B1-B2 level;
- not afraid of stress and decision-making;
– understands the basics of official business communication;
– tolerant to vulnerable population groups;
- has the status of an FOP or readiness to create one;
– athe main thing is to be on the same wavelength as the youth!

For the position of project manager, proven work experience in the project is mandatory. Completed training courses and volunteering will be an advantage.
