We develop solutions for corporate business and specialize in business process automation, integration projects, information security and IT infrastructure construction.

To perform the tasks:
—management of the project team at all stages of the project (analysis, evaluation of work, planning, development, testing, installation in a productive environment);
participation in the discussion and preparation of requirements, their clarification and planning;
— management and control of the schedule and budget of the project within a certain scope, resources and deadlines;
— ensuring leadership and motivation of project team members to achieve project goals;
— management of customer and stakeholder expectations;
—management of communications between project stakeholders;
—creating and maintaining working relationships with senior managers, cross-functional groups and project colleagues;
- decision-making within the framework of a given level of authority.

Requirements for the candidate:
— from 2 years of experience in managing IT projects in large companies;
— understanding of network infrastructure and technical IT background;
— knowledge and experience in project management with Waterfall, Agile (Scrum, Kanban, LeSS) approaches;
— practical experience in using project management tools (BigPicture/MO Project, JIRA, Trello, etc.);
— project documentation management skills;
- excellent written and oral communication skills;
- the ability to work effectively as a project team leader;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- technical experience: participation in the construction of project architecture (preferred).
