Main responsibilities:

• Project planning and execution : Development of detailed plans with timelines, budgets, resources and risk assessment.
• Collaboration: Interact with engineering, design and manufacturing teams to ensuring the effective implementation of projects.
• Monitoring and reporting: Tracking the progress of projects, implementing corrective actions; preparation of reports for management.
• Stakeholder management: Coordination of tasks and ensuring clear communication between all participants.
• Optimization of processes: Implementing innovative practices to increase efficiency.
• Leadership: Managing and mentoring team members to create a productive environment.

Qualifications:

• Education: Higher education in engineering, business administration or related fields.
• Experience: From 7 years in project management, experience in the production field is preferred.
• Technical expertise: Knowledge of hardware production processes, chain management supply and quality control. Experience using project management tools.
• Certifications: PMP, PRINCE2 or similar certifications would be an advantage.
• Personal qualities: Leadership skills , result-oriented, excellent communication skills.
