Project Manager in PrivatBank

We we seek to find a goal-oriented professional who can work in a multitasking mode, focused on quality and results.

Main duties:

• Management of tasks at the execution level (time and quality control; work with subcontractors organizations)
• Drafting, checking and updating of contracts, technical tasks, memos
• Drafting documents (Presentations, reports, contracts, tracking, TOR)
• Participation in development and improvement of workplace standards
• Collection and analysis of requirements from teams, processing of user requests

Basic requirements:

• Documentation: experience working with contracts, technical tasks and other business documentation
• Administrative skills: preparation of reports, presentations, conducting meetings, presentations, coordination of team work
• IT Infrastructure: Knowledge of IT infrastructure management principles including networks, servers and endpoints
• Service Management Systems: Understanding and experience with IT Service Management (ITSM) systems such as: ServiceNow, Jira Service Desk, Ivanti or similar
• Strong understanding of at least one ITIL/ITSM or Cobit management methodology
• Understanding project management principles
• Facilitation or moderation skills preferred
