We invite a specialist to the team for the position of Project Manager.

Requirements for the candidate:

• Successful work experience in a similar position for at least 3 years;
• Successful experience of launching and building online store processes;
• Successful experience in end-to-end project management;
• Understanding the principles of building BPMN diagrams;
• Skills in setting tasks for the development team;
• Successful team management experience and skills in working with contractors;
• Ability to resolve conflict situations Understanding of STLC, SDLC, CI/CD, AWS;
• Understanding the latest ux/ui design trends;
• Strong leadership, organizational and communication skills High analytical abilities.

Functional responsibilities:

• Development of a successful strategy for restarting and developing the online store;
• Description of business requirements and all processes of online store operation and interaction with key customers;
• Planning and monitoring the implementation of the plan for the development or improvement of the online store;
• Setting tasks for employees: programmers, designers and related units;
• Introduction of the latest technologies and innovations into online store processes
• Planning and ensuring the development of new services and functionalities;
• Ensuring interaction with other directions / divisions, promoting cross-functional interaction on all issues related to the online store;
• Ensuring uninterrupted operation of the online store.
