Project Manager

"Made in Ukraine" is a comprehensive state policy designed to support Ukrainian manufacturers and strengthen the economy of the state. It is not only about retail goods for household consumption, but also about other areas: priority access of Ukrainian manufacturers to public purchases, programs to stimulate demand for Ukrainian goods, cheap loans and grants for investments and expansion of production, stimulation of investments in the real sector and modernization, development of non-raw materials exports. Thanks to the implementation of the entire set of these measures, the Ministry of Economy predicts to receive 1% of the 4.6% projected total GDP growth as a result of 2024. In addition, on average, 40% of the value of Ukrainian-made products due to paid taxes is returned to the budget for the needs of the Security and Defense Forces of Ukraine.

Main tasks and responsibilities:

• Project management:
  • Management of the complete life cycle of the project: from concept and planning to launch and further support of digital services and products.
  • Definition of goals, objectives, key performance indicators (KPI) and monitoring of their achievement.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including timelines, resources and budget.
• Communication and coordination:
  • Ensure effective communication between all project participants: teams of development, design, marketing, sales and other interested parties.
  • Regular holding of meetings, provision of feedback and updating of project status.
  • Coordination of work cross-functional teams, ensuring compliance with deadlines and quality of execution.
• Risk management:
  • Identification of potential risks at all stages of the project and development of plans for their minimization.
  • Assessment of the impact of changes on the progress of the project and timely introduction of adjustments.
• Analysis and reporting:
  • Monitoring project progress and analyzing its effectiveness using analytical tools.
  • Preparing and presenting reports to management and other stakeholders.
  • Making proposals for process optimization based on of the received data.
• Financial management:
  • Control over compliance with the project budget, timely identification and resolution of financial problems.

  • Optimization of costs and resource management to ensure project efficiency.
• Development and integration of digital Products:
  • Cooperation with by technical teams to ensure the successful development and implementation of digital products.
  • Participation in technical decision-making and support of technical teams in solving complex tasks.
• Post-project support:
  • Ensuring proper support and updating products after their launch.
  • Organization of the design processfeedback from users and taking measures to improve products based on this feedback.

Requirements for the candidate:

• Education:
  • Higher degree in IT, Engineering, Business Administration or other relevant field will be a plus.
• Experience:
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a project manager, preferably in the field of IT or digital product development.
  < li>Experience in managing the full life cycle of projects, from concept to launch and support.
• Skills and knowledge:
  • Deep understanding project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
  • Knowledge of the basics of digital product development, including web development, mobile applications and system integration.
  • Ability to work with project management tools (Jira , Trello, Microsoft Project).
  • Risk management and budgeting skills.
  • Strong communication skills, ability to motivate teams and lead them to achieve goals.
  • Analytical thinking and attention to detail.
• Personal qualities:
  • Ability to make decisions in conditions of uncertainty.
  • High level of organization and responsibility.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Results oriented and striving for continuous improvement.

Would be an advantage:

• Certifications in the field of project management.
• Experience in startups or fast-growing companies.
