Project manager in Barbaro

Communication agency BARBAROis looking for a non-technical Project Manager, who will be engaged in planning, implementation and control over the execution of tasks on one of our projects in the American market.

< b style="font-weight: 700">Requirements for candidates:

• 2-3 years of work experience account manager or in a similar position;
• Spoken English (level B1+);
• Ability to estimate the scope of work, prioritize and set realistic deadlines;
• Ability to plan and organize team work, delegate tasks;
• Ability to communicate clearly and openly with the team and clients;
• High-level analytical skills and attention to details;
• Responsibility, punctuality , self-organization;
• Customer-oriented and structural thinking, result-oriented;
• Experience in a startup will be an advantage.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and coordinate work with the team;
• Communicate with the team and clients;
• Control the quality and deadlines of tasks;
• Preparation of reports on the progress of project implementation;
• Problem solving (or their delegation) and decision-making;
• Search and selection of contractors for project implementation;

We offer:

• Working in an office in Kyiv 3-4 times a week, we are considering full-time employees.
• Work schedule: Mon-Fri, 8 working hours from 9 or 10 in the morning for selection.
• We are looking for a colleague to cooperate under a contract for six months (possible extension).
• Salary from UAH 30,000 per month (depends on your experience and skills ).
