Project manager in RITM

Main duties:

• Planning, coordinating and managing marketing projects from start to finish.

• Budget management.

• Monitoring tasks within the established deadlines.

• Interaction with other company departments for ensuring project implementation.

• Analysis of the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and preparation of reports.

• Management of the team responsible for the implementation of tasks.

• Interaction with external contractors and agencies.
  
  

Requirements:

• Experience in a similar position (preferably in the field of real estate).
• Knowledge

  of the main marketing tools.

• Experience in project management of various levels of complexity.

• Good communication and organizational skills.

• < span style="font-weight: normal; font-style: normal">Ability to think strategically and make decisions.

• High level of responsibility and the ability to work in multitasking environmentsaccuracy.

• Fluency in the Ukrainian language (knowledge of English will be an advantage).
• Understanding the real estate market in Ukraine (optional).
• The job involves full-time work from an office in the city of Ivano-Frankivsk.
