Requirements :

• Higher education by specialty (economic or technical);
• Experience in project management not less than 3 years;
• Excellent organizational and leadership qualities;
• Ability to make strategic decisions and work under stressful conditions;
• Proficiency in English at B1 level -B2.

Responsibilities:< /p>

• Coordination of fracking processes and tasks;
• Definition of professional skills needed by fracking workers;
< li>Determining the composition and structure of the hydraulic engineering unit;
• Prescribing the processes of interaction between the hydraulic engineering unit employees;
• Developing a motivation system for hydraulic engineering unit workers;
• Participating in the development of a detailed plan for the implementation of the Project;
• Control of the preparation of the necessary documentation for the implementation of the project;
• Ensuring the timeliness of the collection, accumulation, distribution, storage and further use of information related to the Project;
• Providing the necessary information within the terms agreed upon by all Project participants;
• Control and tracking of measures for development and implementation and, if necessary, adjustment of all processes related to the Project;
• Control over compliance with the deadlines for implementation of the Project ;
• Monitoring compliance and, if necessary, initiating changes to the Project budget;
• Tracking deviations from the Project implementation plan, making corrections to the plan and agreeing it with all necessary Project participants;
• Analysis of the possible impact of deviations in the scope of work performed on the course of the Project as a whole;
• Control of compliance with and use of the Project budget;
• Reporting to the Project Council. Signing all legal and financial documents within the framework of this project (agreements,you, acts of completed works, other documents related to the implementation of the project);
• Organization of work and control over the fulfillment of their duties by subordinate employees.
