Your tasks:

• Implementation of innovations and changes in business processes
• Constant search for ways to improve business processes
• Development of a new process prototype
• Selection of the project team, formation of the work schedule, distribution of tasks among the team
• Development of technical specifications for IT specialists
• Control of all project stages, compliance with goals and results, reporting
• li>Testing of improvements
• User training
• Formation of a package of normative documents regarding the project, analysis of the effectiveness of the implemented project
