Coffee Mobile is a chain of coffee shops that is actively developing and is looking for a talented person to join our team.
Main responsibilities:
Support and development of the Coffee Mobile franchise network: communicating with existing franchisees and providing them with support in all aspects of their work.
Social management networks: creating content, shooting videos and photos, publications, as well as working with reviews and messages.
Preparation and conclusion of contracts with new and existing franchisee, cooperation with lawyers to check contracts.
Development and search for seasonal menu: development of summer and winter menu.
Cooperation with suppliers: finding and establishing cooperation with suppliers of products and services.
Organizational support of the franchise: ensuring uninterrupted operation of the franchise, solving organizational issues.
Requirements for the candidate:
Excellent communication skills: ability to communicate effectively with partners, team and clients.
Experience in managing social networks: understanding of trends, ability to create quality content.
Confident PC user: ability to work with office programs, CRM systems and social platforms.
Organization and negotiation skills: the ability to quickly solve tasks related to organizational issues.
Willingness to learn: desire to develop and improve your skills.
Ability to work in a team and result orientation.
