Main Responsibilities

• Managing web development and online marketing projects from concept to completion
• Coordinating the work of a team of developers, designers and marketers
• Developing and implementing project plans, prioritizing and meeting deadlines
• Communicating with clients, understanding their needs and ensuring a high level of service
• Managing project budgets, controlling costs and resources
• Resolving conflict situations and problems arising in the work process
• Preparation of reports on project progress and achieved results

Requirements

• Experience of Project Manager in the field of web development or digital marketing from 1 year
• Knowledge of basic project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum)
• Ability to organize work processes, distribute tasks and monitor their execution
• Excellent communication skills, ability to communicate effectively with the team and clients
• Analytical thinking and the ability to make informed decisions
• Experience with project management tools (notion preferred)
