Project Manager in CORE Team

A full-cycle Ukrainian scientific and manufacturing enterprise, the products of which are accepted for armament of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, is looking for a strong and experienced Project Manager.

Key tasks:develop R&D project management plans and build interaction with all interested parties.

The team of project managers should in a short period of time take up the management of current R&D projects and organize the activities of key stakeholders on them.

Responsibilities:

• Development of detailed R&D project management plans, identification of the main stages and control points for them.
• Organization of the work of the project team (developers, engineers, designers), their coordination and motivation.
• Ensuring compliance with quality standards at each stage of the project life cycle.
• Monitoring the progress of the project, managing changes, identifying risks that may affect it.
• Preparation and presentation of reports on progress and progress of projects.

Requirements:

• 3 years of practical experience in managing projects of various scale and complexity (preferably in R&D, hardware).
• Ability to develop detailed project plans, including schedule, budget and resources.
• Knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Scrum, Kanban, etc.).
• Ability to work with project management tools (preferably Microsoft Project).
• Experience in effectively managing teams of about 15-20 people.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills, the ability to solve complex tasks and make decisions.
• The level of English is not lower than Intermediate.
