Project manager in Prometheus

Hello, I'm Yulia, Operations Director and Head of Product at Prometheus. I am looking for a project manager to join my team!  

Prometheus is the largest online learning platform in Ukraine with 2,900,000 students and more than 400 courses. We are planning to launch a whole set of cool projects, and we are looking for a specialist to help us with this.

So, I am looking for someone who:

• Has successful experience in project management and implementation of new processes, and can demonstrate this with examples.
• Has advanced skills in planning and organizing work on projects, is able work flexibly and stick to deadlines.
• Has developed communication skills, knows how to environmentally negotiate with all parties of the process regarding the quality of tasks and deadlines.
• She is persistent and able to see things through, even if things don't go according to plan.

• Works comfortably on several projects at the same time.
• Boldly takes on larger and complex projects lasting a year or more.
• Attentive to details, independent in work.
• Proactive: identifies problems and missed opportunities, takes initiative to improve processes.

Your functional duties:

• Project management of the full cycle of creating and launching online courses.
• Coordination of interaction between teachers, filming and editing team, methodologist, designer, marketer.
• Communication with Prometheus partners and donors.
• Control over the progress of work: all activities described in the course creation processes must be performed on time, with quality and in the correct sequence.
• Project management in Asana, as well as all necessary project documentation.

Expected results:

• In cooperation with the online course creation team and teachers, organize a full cycle of work on the courses: from signing agreements with lectoframes and organization of filming before launching the course on the platform.
• Take on not only the development of courses, but also the management of large projects with international partners, and therefore negotiations, reporting, achievement of big goals.
• Flexibly look at the process, constantly optimize and automate the product development system.
