We began as a company providing staff augmentation services and are transitioning to a model primarily focused on managed delivery services. Therefore, we are looking for a hands-on, experienced Project Manager to help build and manage the delivery process from scratch.

Responsibilities:

Working in a dynamic scale-up environment means your responsibilities may evolve as the business grows. However, we expect you to be proficient in:

• Planning, coordinating, and monitoring projects to ensure they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.

• Serving as the primary point of contact for clients regarding project progress, deliverables, and any issues that arise.

• Understanding client requirements and ensuring that the team delivers solutions that meet those needs.

• Managing client expectations and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.

• Leading and mentoring the delivery team, ensuring they have the necessary resources and support to perform their tasks.

• Facilitating communication and collaboration among team members.

• Ensuring that the final deliverables meet the required quality standards.

• Providing regular status reports to clients and senior management.

• Documenting project plans, schedules, and deliverables.

• Identifying opportunities for improving delivery processes and methodologies.

• Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.

• Acting as a hiring manager for technical roles.

• Developing and monitoring KPIs and metrics for operational performance.

Requirements:

1. Project Management Expertise

   • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously (3-5), especially in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

   • Experience with various project management methodologies and tools.
     
     

2. Team Building and Leadership

   • Experience building and leading high-performing teams, including hiring, mentoring, and developing talent.

   • Ability to manage cross-functional teams and foster a collaborative working environment.
     
     

3. Experience in Managed Delivery Services

   • Proven experience in managing delivery processes in an IT or software development environment.

   • Strong understanding of managed services models, including setting up processes, frameworks, and best practices.
     
     

4. Client Relationship Management

   • Strong client-facing skills with the ability to understand and manage client expectations.

   • Experience in maintaining high levels of client satisfaction and managing key client relationships.
     
     

5. Process Development and Improvement

   • Experience in establishing and optimizing development processes from scratch, ensuring scalability and efficiency.

   • Ability to implement and oversee quality assurance processes to maintain high standards of delivery.
     
     

6. Business Acumen and Strategic Thinking

   • Understanding of business growth strategies, particularly in subscription-based and managed service models.

   • Ability to contribute to business strategy and align delivery operations with company goals.
     
     

7. Technical Understanding (Strong technical background, preferably with experience in software development or IT, to effectively manage technical teams and projects).

Nice to Have:

• Experience in product management or overseeing product development.

Summary:

• This role is suitable for both young and mature professionals. At FreySoft, underestimating your impact is not allowed. 

• The position is flexible regarding location (Remote/Hybrid/Office), but senior leadership roles require at least a hybrid presence (Warsaw office at the moment).

• Financial compensation is competitive, with bonuses based on results, including a percentage from the saved project budget.
