Project manager in Klitschko Foundation

The Klitschko Foundation is a charitable organization that for 21 years has been creating opportunities for the development of young people who are changing local communities through their own projects.

We are looking for reinforcements to join the Foundation's team. Therefore, if you are ready to implement projects with a 10-year history, be flexible, go on business trips, brainstorm, reflect and strategize — submit your resume. 

Waiting for you:

• Official employment and office in the very center of Kyiv.
• Competitive salary with review year.
• Flexible schedule, but we like to get together in the office. Therefore, we are considering candidates who live in Kyiv.

Our expectations:

• You have to at least two years of successful experience in project management, and if in the non-profit sector, this is a big plus!
• You work easily with tools for training and task management.
• You know what you want . And you don't change your place of work several times a year :)
• You speak English at the Upper Intermediate level.

Your future duties:

• Develop detailed plans for your projects, determine necessary resources and control points, ensure clear implementation of established steps.
• Select contractors, distribute tasks among team members, ensure effective communication between by all parties involved.
• Monitor project progress, make adjustments, and ensure projects are completed according to plans.
• Control budget, costs, and potential risks.
• Submit grant applications and don't be afraid to take responsibility sometimes. We really appreciate initiative :)
